In January–February 2025, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) sold 46 state-owned assets at privatization auctions, generating UAH 174 million in budget revenues. This was reported by PromPolitInform, citing MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak, who referred to the SPFU’s official report.
In addition, during this period the government approved a decision to sell 100% of the shares of PJSC “Vinnytsiapobutkhim” at a starting price of UAH 301.4 million.
Regarding confiscated assets, the state took ownership of 20 assets, including property previously owned by Vyacheslav Bohuslaiev, former president of Motor Sich.
It is also noted that between January 1 and February 28, the SPFU expanded the list of small-scale privatization assets by 59 new objects, while 32 assets were removed from the list. As of the end of February, the total number of such assets stood at 1,376.
