On the night of February 25, 2026, Russian troops attacked 115 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas type and other types of drones, about 60 of them were “shaheds.”
This was reported by the press center of the Air Force Command, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
As noted, the air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, EW units and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
How did our air defense work?
According to preliminary data, as of 07:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 95 enemy UAVs such as Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country.
18 shock UAVs were hit at 11 locations.
“The attack continues, in the airspace of several enemy UAVs. Follow the safety rules!,” – emphasize the Air Force.
As reported, from the evening of February 24, the attack of Russian drones on Ukrainian cities continued.
So, the enemy attacked the critical infrastructure of Nikolaev and the region with “shaheds.”
Also, the Russian Federation fired at more than 30 settlements in Zaporozhye: four people died, there are wounded.
