Since the evening of March 9, Russian invaders attacked the territory of Ukraine with 37 shock UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones. In total, about 80 drones of the shahed type were recorded.
This was reported in the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
The launches of shock UAVs were recorded in the following directions:
Bryansk, Orel, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovo – Russian Federation;
Guards – in the TOT AR of Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units and unmanned systems, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
A hit of 12 shock UAVs at 10 locations was recorded, as well as a fall of downed (debris) at 10 locations.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, 122 enemy UAVs were shot down/suppressed by air defense.
“The attack continues, in the airspace of several enemy UAVs. Follow the safety rules,” – noted in the Air Force.
