In the absence of violations of military registration, the program independently checks the information about the employee and automatically extends the validity period of his reservation.
In Ukraine, a function of early extension of employee booking through the “Diya” portal has been introduced, which allows businesses to avoid technical interruption of the status of those liable for military service. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Dengi.ua reports. The PromPolitInform portal informs.
Previously, after the end or cancellation of the deferral, enterprises faced a delay of up to 72 hours when submitting a new application, due to which the employee’s status was temporarily interrupted. From now on, employers can submit documents in advance – even before the end of the current reservation. The system automatically checks the data of persons who do not have violations of the rules of military registration and extends the deferral for a new period.
How an enterprise can extend or issue a reservation:
log in to the “Diya” portal;
select the “Employee Reservation” service;
submit an application and specify employee data;
confirm salary;
check the information and sign the application (this must be done by the manager or an authorized person).
The result is sent to the electronic account and to e-mail. If the reservation is approved, the corresponding status in the employee’s Reserve+ remains continuous and is displayed in the same way as before.
Earlier, we wrote that since March 13, a new option for booking employees has been launched on the Diia portal, even if there are violations in the military accounting for enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and companies critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
