On Monday, March 23, two explosions of unknown devices thundered in Bucha, Kyiv region. Two law enforcement officers received moderate injuries.

On the morning of March 23, two explosions occurred in Bucha near an apartment building. The first explosion damaged the windows.
Subsequently, a second explosion of an unknown device occurred. As a result, two law enforcement officers were injured. The victims were hospitalized; their condition is assessed as moderate. Further treatment will be outpatient, without the need for an inpatient stay.
Police, bomb technicians and rescuers work at the scene. The territory is fenced, the examination for the presence of other explosive objects continues.
The police of the Kyiv region specified that 5:35 on the special line 112 a message was received from a resident of Bucha about the explosion that occurred on the street. As a result of the blast, her windows were damaged.
“Law enforcement officers immediately, in accordance with the algorithm of actions on terrorist threats, fenced the territory and warned residents about the danger of a second explosion. During the processing of the call at the scene there was another explosion,” – stated in the message.
The head of KODA urged residents to be as careful as possible and not to approach suspicious or unknown objects. If they are found, you should immediately notify the police or call 101 and 102.
