The total revenue of leading companies in the medical sector in 2025 reached UAH 17.91 billion, which is 23% higher than in 2024. At the same time, the composition of the top three has remained unchanged for the third year in a row. It is noted that the leader of the list again became the medical center “Dobrobut-Polyclinic”, which received UAH 4.23 billion in revenue last year. This is 24% of the total revenue of companies included in the Medicine Index. Compared to the previous year, the figure increased by 27%, and the company’s profit was the highest among the top ten – 533.43 million UAH.
It is reported that the second position is occupied by the Dila laboratory network with revenue of 3.58 billion UAH, which is 30% more than a year earlier. The company’s profit increased by 13% and reached 155.3 million UAH. The third place is held by Sinevo Ukraine, whose revenue amounted to 3.27 billion UAH, demonstrating growth of 39% compared to 2024. The company managed to get out of losses and record a profit of 216.92 million UAH.
Another representative of the network – Sinevo Skhid – increased its revenue by 14%, to 906.5 million UAH, and rose to sixth place in the ranking. Its profit increased by 10% and amounted to 142.93 million UAH. In total, both companies of the Synevo network provided UAH 4.18 billion in revenue, which is equivalent to 23% of the total indicator of all participants in the rating.
At the same time, the fourth place for the second year in a row is occupied by Smartlab, which increased its revenue by 28% – to UAH 1.49 billion. The company’s profit also increased by about a quarter and reached UAH 34.5 million.
The CSD LAB laboratory network rose to fifth place, which increased its revenue by 35% – to UAH 1.16 billion. At the same time, the company’s profit decreased fourfold and amounted to UAH 11.36 million.
According to the data, the seventh place was taken by a new participant in the rating – Biopharma Plasma. The company demonstrated the highest growth rates among all: revenue increased by 45% and reached UAH 891.6 million, and profit increased by 41% – to UAH 390.86 million. “House of Medicine”, which previously operated under the Odrex brand, fell to eighth place. Last year, its revenue amounted to UAH 839 million, which is 24% less than the figure for 2024. Profit also decreased – by 44%, to UAH 73 million. Thus, the ninth position is occupied by “Neomed 2007” (the “Mother and Child” network), which improved its financial results: revenue increased by 31% – to UAH 821.77 million, and profit increased 1.5 times and reached UAH 55.35 million. The top ten is rounded out by Medix-Ray International Group (Lisod Clinic), which received UAH 724.64 million in revenue, which is 10% more than a year earlier. The company’s profit increased by 38% and amounted to UAH 54.07 million.
It is also noted that at the same time, the company Esculab left the rating due to untimely submission of financial statements. At the time of preparation of the material, data on its indicators for 2025 were not available.
