The list includes companies that showed revenues of over UAH 100 million in 2025.
Today, there are 2,997 companies with foreign owners in Ukraine. The list includes enterprises whose income according to financial statements for 2025 exceeded UAH 100 million. This is reported by Dengi.ua with reference to Opendatabot data. The PromPolitInform portal informs.
It is noted that the largest share of such companies is associated with owners from Cyprus – there are 694 of them. Next are Germany (300 companies) and the USA (292). Other countries include the Netherlands (239), Great Britain (224), Austria (187) and Poland (146). It is worth considering that one business can have several foreign owners at once. At the same time, Cyprus and the Netherlands traditionally act as the main jurisdictions through which Ukrainian business is structured.
It is reported that almost half of all companies with foreign capital are registered in Kyiv – 1,478 enterprises. Next in number are Lviv and Kyiv regions – 223 companies each. At the same time, in front-line regions, such as Kherson and Donetsk regions, there are significantly fewer such businesses.
In terms of industries, more than a quarter of companies with foreign participation work in the wholesale trade sector – 774 enterprises. In addition, 268 companies are engaged in agriculture, and 176 – in the IT sector.
