On the night of March 28, Russian troops carried out a massive drone attack. The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 273 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types were used, of which about 180 were “Shaheeds”. To repel the attack, aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups were involved. As of 07:30, anti-aircraft forces had shot down or suppressed 252 enemy UAVs. Hits were recorded at 18 locations, falling debris at 9.
After 07:00, the enemy again struck the Odessa region and other regions in the north and east of Ukraine with drones. The results of the fighting are still being clarified, but the defenders of our sky are repelling the attacks.
