“There is information that Tu-95 and 160ms strategic aviation bombers were raised into the sky, and if, in fact, there are launches, missiles appear, then we will definitely inform you about it,” Ignat said.
According to him, the attack from strategic aviation is classic. Russians from the far reaches, that is, from the Caspian region, Volgodonsk or from the Volgograd region, launch missiles.
“As it usually happens, it takes several hours to get even to the center of our country, so there is time to react accordingly, I mean, to the population, to understand that there is a danger from the Shaheds, and from missiles, as well as a ballistic threat,” the speaker said.
He said that today the enemy struck 10 ballistic missiles in the front-line regions – Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov region, there are hits.
“Unfortunately, we do not provide information yet, because the attack continues, there are quite a large number of drones in the sky in the central part of our state,” Ignat explained.
According to him, many drones are recorded in the following regions: Kirovograd, Vinnytsia region, Cherkasy, and then a large group of UAVs is moving south from Sumy region.
As of 7:00, about 240 drones were recorded, and now there are already more than 400. And there is information other launches from different directions.
“Therefore, we have some such repetition as we had on April 23-24, when Russian strike drones attacked for a whole day, as it was from March 31 to April 1,” the speaker added.
Ignat noted that the enemy uses both new routes, new drones, which he constantly modernizes, and uses new tactics.
