Since the evening of April 6, 110 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones have attacked the territory of Ukraine. About 70 of them are “shaheds.”
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
Launches are recorded from the following directions:
Bryansk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russian Federation;
Guards, Chauda – TOT AR Crimea;
TOT Donetsk region.
Air defense operation
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, EW units and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, 77 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas type and drones of other types in the north, south and east of the country were shot down/suppressed by the air defense.
A hit of 31 shock UAVs at 14 locations was recorded, as well as a fall of downed (debris) at 9 locations.
“The attack continues, in the airspace of enemy UAVs. Follow the safety rules,” – noted in the Air Force.
