People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Secretary of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko learned that the plans of the Ministry of Defense to divide the functions of territorial recruitment and social support centers (CCC and SP). He said this in a conversation with LIGA.net, informs the portal PromPolitInform.

According to him, instead of the CCC, they can create separate structures – the Draft Office or the Recruitment Office. Kostenko noted that such a reform should make the system more transparent and effective.
“There will be the word “office,” as it is in the names “Office of the President,” “Office of the Prosecutor General,” and there will be an office,” Kostenko says, and at the same time expressed doubt whether this will change anything in mobilization measures.
According to journalist Andriy Tsaplienko, for the first time all employees of the CCC near Kyiv were sent to the front: the Buchansky CCC was completely dismissed along with the management after the corruption scandal.
Recall that in August 2024, the leaders of the Boryspil and Buchan CCC were detained on suspicion of receiving bribes for evading mobilization.
As reported, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, after monitoring the Uzhgorod RTCC and SP by his representative, declared illegal detention, unsanitary conditions and ignoring of diseases in the center.
