The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched a new training course “Adaptation of a Recruit” for new recruits in the Army+ application. As reported by the PromPolitInform portal, the Ministry of Defense announced this.
The course should help military personnel adapt to service faster, learn about their rights, payments, social guarantees, psychological support and rules of interaction in the unit.
The program consists of four modules: military rights and documents, interaction with the command, psychological adaptation and information security with the basic rules of combat operations.
The Ministry of Defense noted that the course was developed jointly with combat officers, lawyers, psychologists and specialized organizations at the initiative of the Office of the Military Ombudsman and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
