86% of communities affected by the war are already included in the list of frontline territories. This was reported by Mind, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. The PromPolitInform portal reports.
According to her, government officials discussed with deputies the possibility of introducing additional affordable lending programs, tax benefits, and a special regime of access to state and municipal property in frontline territories.
Svyrydenko recalled that the “Made in Ukraine” programs with a special component for frontline territories are already operating.
These include, in particular, grants for micro and small businesses “Vlasna sprava”, the size of which for frontline regions is 30% higher – up to 500 thousand UAH; grants for production equipment up to 8 million UAH and grants for restoration up to 16 million UAH on the terms of co-financing 80% to 20%; farmers in the territories adjacent to the hostilities will have the opportunity to compensate not 25%, but 40% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery; affected enterprises will be able to compensate for part of the salary and social security for the period of restoration; the insurance program for military personnel in front-line regions allows covering up to 30 million UAH of losses from the destruction of buildings, infrastructure and equipment.
“We discussed compensation for destroyed and damaged property separately: 90 applications from enterprises for 1.5 billion UAH have already been approved, and we expect the first payments in the near future,” the head of government added.
