The government approved the dismissal of two deputy ministers of defense of Ukraine under Mykhailo Fedorov. This was reported by Taras Melnychuk, the government’s representative in the Verkhovna Rada, according to the Prompolitinform portal.
Dismissed:
- Ivan Yuriiovych Havryliuk from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine;
- Yevhen Heorhiiovych Moisiuk from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
Today, the government also carried out a number of personnel appointments, particularly in the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Statistics Service, and the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine.
Earlier, it was reported that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he had held a lengthy meeting with government officials and parliamentarians focused on personnel matters. According to him, personnel changes will take place in the country in the coming weeks.
