The European Commission positively assessed the implementation of Ukraine’s Plan for the fourth quarter of 2025.
On Thursday, May 28, the EU Council has decided to allocate almost 2.8 billion euros to Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility program. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko, writes Sudovo-Yurydychna Gazeta. The PromPolitInform portal informs.
She noted that the European Commission positively assessed the implementation of Ukraine’s Plan for the fourth quarter of 2025.
“We thank the Verkhovna Rada for supporting important decisions and joint work. As of the end of May 2026, 86 steps of the Ukraine Plan have already been completed by joint efforts, and another 65 are in the process of implementation. We continue to implement reforms together and move along the path of European integration. We are sincerely grateful to European partners for their support and trust,” Svyrydenko said.
The head of government recalled that the Ukraine Facility is an important instrument of financial support for Ukraine. Since the launch of the instrument in 2024, 26.8 billion euros have already been received under the Ukraine Facility program. The total volume of the program for 2024–2027 is 50 billion euros.
