The Odesa dance ensemble “Carnival” (from the “Moryana” center), led by Vitalii Kuznetsov, vividly represented the city and Ukraine at the international festival Rimini – Bellaria Art Inspirations in Italy.
This was reported by the Odesa City Military Administration, as informed by the portal Prompolitinform.
The competition featured ensembles from six countries: Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Romania, Estonia, and Italy.
Our talented children took home four first places in group categories (variety and folk dance in different age groups).
The soloists also delivered brilliant performances:
• Yelyzaveta Vorona — 1st place;
• Anastasiia Spivak — Mini Grand Prix;
• Kateryna Tykhonova — Absolute Grand Prix!
The ensemble’s performance and Kateryna Tykhonova’s solo act were specially recognized, and they were invited to perform at the final gala concert.
In addition to the competition, the children enjoyed an incredible journey across Europe. They visited Budapest, Venice, Florence, Pesaro, and Zagreb, bringing back a wealth of impressions and inspiration for new victories!
