President appointed Ukraine’s representative to BSEC on August 11, 2026

The head of state appointed the Consul General in Istanbul, Heorhiy Filatov, as the representative of Ukraine to the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization in an acting capacity. The corresponding decree appeared on the president's official website. This is reported by Ukrinform, the portal PromPolitInform reports.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has assigned new duties to the Consul General in Istanbul. Heorhiy Filatov will represent the state’s interests in the international structure.

The relevant personnel decision is recorded in document No. 718/2026, dated August 11.
