Military Registration Without Paperwork: Employers Can Now Submit Data Through the Diia Portal

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced that employers can now submit military registration data for their employees online through the Diia portal. This became possible due to changes in the Procedure for Organizing and Conducting Military Registration, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

Ukrainian enterprises, institutions, and organizations can now verify and update military registration data for their employees online through the Diia portal.

This became possible due to changes in the Procedure for Organizing and Conducting Military Registration, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

For employers, this means less manual work and simpler interaction with the TCK and SP – without paper lists, duplication of documents, and unnecessary trips.

The military registration system will receive more up-to-date data with a lower risk of errors.

How the Employer Updates Data Through the Diia Portal

To make changes to the registration data online, the head of the enterprise or authorized person must log in to the Diia portal, submit the necessary information, and sign the message with an electronic signature.

Information about hiring an employee or termination after verification of data is updated in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obliged, and Reservists (Obereg) within 72 hours.
