The management of SE Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority receives million-hryvnia payments, with the earnings of some deputies exceeding the income of the head of the enterprise. This is evidenced by the official response of the USPA to an inquiry.
This was reported by Glavcom, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The head of the USPA, Mykola Kravchuk, has received 963,000 UAH for less than five months of work since February 10, 2026. His monthly salary is 195,670 UAH, and there are currently no bonus payments.
At the same time, individual deputy heads have higher incomes due to bonuses. One of them received 1.74 million UAH in six months, of which over 500,000 UAH are bonuses, while two others received 1.28 million UAH and 1.27 million UAH, respectively.
Dynamics of payments to the management staff
Mykola Kravchuk’s predecessor, Artem Lytvynov, who served as acting head until March 2026, received 1.09 million UAH during his tenure. The majority of this amount, about 721,000 UAH, consisted of surcharges and bonus funds.
In 2025, the enterprise was headed by Oleksandr Semyrha, whose total income for ten months amounted to 2.11 million UAH. However, his deputies received significantly larger sums: payments to one of them reached 3.32 million UAH, and two others received 2.91 million UAH and 2.58 million UAH, respectively.
Scale of compensation in 2024
The highest figures were recorded in 2024, when the USPA was managed by Yuriy Lytvyn. Before his dismissal on December 4, he received 4.12 million UAH with a salary of 350,000 UAH per month.
Deputy heads during that period also had incomes exceeding 3 million UAH each. Specifically, the deputy responsible for port operations received 3.88 million UAH, and the deputy for economic affairs received 3.86 million UAH.
