A functioning oil and fat plant with a full cycle of sunflower processing has been put up for sale in the Samarskyi district of Dnipropetrovsk region. The asset is valued at 4.2 million US dollars. This was reported by InVenture, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The facility specializes in sunflower processing through pressing and extraction, achieving a capacity of up to 200 tons of raw materials per day. Currently, the plant is operating at 80% capacity, and the total area of production and technical buildings exceeds 7,600 square meters.
Production capacities and modernization
Over the last two years, the site has implemented a technical upgrade program. In particular, new rollers, generators for energy independence, a filtration system, and steam processing equipment have been installed. At present, scheduled maintenance work is underway at the plant, which is expected to be completed by September 15, 2026.
Transaction terms and assets
The sale is conducted on a debt-free basis, and a clean legal entity is transferred to the future owner. The price includes export licenses, Kosher and Halal certificates, as well as permits enabling operations in the EU, Israel, Turkey, and other markets.
