ZSU showed the first footage of the «Vivaldi» operation

The Defense Forces cleared 75 sq. km from Russian infiltration

Ukrainian servicemen released the first footage of the «Vivaldi» offensive operation, captured on GoPro cameras by its participants. During the combat operations, the Defense Forces managed to misinform Russian troops regarding the direction of future maneuvers. This was reported by Glavcom citing the Telegram channel of Third Army Corps, according to the portal PromPolitInform.

The published video recordings capture the work of Ukrainian fighters while performing combat missions on the contact line. An important component of this offensive operation was the successful misinformation of the enemy, which prevented Russian units from predicting the direction of strikes.

Results of offensive operations in Donbas

According to the results of the operation, Ukrainian units cleared a territory of 75 sq. km from Russian infiltration. In addition, the Defense Forces de-occupied another 10 sq. km of Ukrainian land and captured a Russian standard-bearer serviceman.

During the offensive, the electronic warfare forces of the Third Army Corps deployed a comprehensive defense system over the combat area. It was recorded that this system successfully disrupted more than 20,000 missions of Russian drones.

Operation of EW systems and robots

Ground-based robotic systems equipped with modern electronic warfare assets were also integrated into the protective contour. During the first stage of the operation in the north of Donetsk Region, more than 12,000 enemy drones were destroyed.

In addition to unmanned aerial vehicles, during the active phase of combat operations, Ukrainian defenders destroyed hundreds of units of enemy equipment and artillery systems.
