Technical maintenance is underway in the Damaged Property Register
The Diia state portal and mobile application have temporarily suspended several key housing and construction services. The restrictions are due to urgent technical maintenance in specialized state registries. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Diia.
The temporary inconvenience affects users planning to utilize state property and real estate support programs. Specifically, all categories and services integrated into the eRecovery structure have become unavailable during the scheduled maintenance period.
Additionally, specialists have temporarily blocked the submission of new applications through the electronic system regarding housing vouchers. Processing mortgage loans under the eOselya program in the standard online mode is also temporarily out of service.
The technical restrictions have likewise affected sections related to the international Register of Damage. Relevant department specialists are undertaking necessary measures to restore full functionality to the specified categories.
The project team is working to bring all suspended digital tools back online as quickly as possible. Users are encouraged to monitor further official announcements regarding access restoration.
