Discounts for families with children to be introduced in eOselya from 2027
From January 15, 2027, Ukraine is implementing an updated mortgage lending mechanism under the eOselya program. The main innovation will be a gradual reduction of the interest rate for families following the birth or adoption of children.
Diia suspends provision of several services in app and on website
The Diia state portal and mobile application have temporarily suspended several key housing and construction services. The restrictions are due to urgent technical maintenance in specialized state registries.
