In September, over 2,700 auctions took place within the Prozorro.Sale system, with organizers raising more than UAH 273 million. This is according to a press release from JSC Prozorro.Sale, obtained by Ukrinform and reported by the PromPolitInform portal.
“Last month, over 2,700 online auctions took place in the Prozorro.Sale system. Based on the results of fully completed auctions, organizers have already raised UAH 273.2 million. The remaining auctions are currently at the contract-signing stage,” the statement reads.
Among the month’s top auctions was the sale by the State Property Fund of part of the administrative building of the former Kyiv Motorcycle Plant for UAH 114.1 million. Payment for the purchased asset is currently pending.
Lease rights for a 15-year term for a land plot designated for residential and public development in Kropyvnytskyi were sold for UAH 100 million. The auction protocol is currently pending.
There are currently nearly 9,500 auctions scheduled in the system, with a combined starting value exceeding UAH 24.6 billion. Among them are two large-scale privatization assets: state-owned shareholdings in JSC Sumykhimprom (starting price: UAH 1 billion) and JSC Odesa Port Plant (starting price: UAH 4.3 billion), both offered by the State Property Fund.
As previously reported, the auction for the sale of the Gulliver complex, scheduled for October 1, 2026, will not take place due to a lack of bidders. The starting price for the asset had been set at UAH 9.2 billion.
