The first three items are already available for review on the defence platform
A new class of ground robotic systems, amphibious unmanned robotic complexes (URCs), has become available on the Brave1 Market platform, and units will soon be able to order them via the eBaly programme. The defence innovation cluster has created a separate category where the first three products are already presented. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
Amphibious URCs represent a new class of robots that expand the capabilities of ground operations. Rivers, canals and swampy areas can complicate or completely block the path to positions, making it difficult to deliver provisions and ammunition to the military. Ground-based amphibious drones are advanced logistical robots that maintain high cross-country mobility on land and switch to water movement mode within seconds to continue their journey where regular ground drones would have to stop.
Logistics transformations on land and water
To ensure such solutions reach the frontline faster, Brave1, together with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, is systematically developing the market for amphibious systems. Back in June 2026, Brave1 launched a separate grant program specifically for amphibious URCs. Thanks to constant feedback from the military, Ukrainian developers are refining their innovations to match frontline realities.
The effectiveness of the technology has already been proven on the battlefield. Servicemen from the Alter Ego unit of the 93rd Mechanised Brigade recently conducted the first-ever combat mission using an amphibious robot. The complex overcame a highly challenging route of over 40 km across land and water, successfully delivering provisions and ammunition to the positions.
Performance of ground robotic systems
Detailed specifications of the new products and orders are available in the relevant section of Brave1 Market. As of mid-August, URCs had performed over 100,000 tasks on behalf of Ukrainian military personnel on the frontline since the beginning of the year. The range of available amphibious systems will continue to expand.
