The company has focused on clearing fields in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Nibulon agricultural holding has lost more than two-thirds of its assets but continues to demin its land bank. By the end of September 2026, the company's specialists had cleared 7.6 thousand hectares in two southern regions. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine (Сергій Новіков) citing Telegraf, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The company’s land bank has undergone significant changes in recent years. While it stood at 85 thousand hectares before the start of active hostilities in early 2022, it has shrunk to 73 thousand hectares by 2026. At the same time, a significant portion of these lands, about 30 thousand hectares, remains occupied or requires specialized surveying due to the high density of explosive remnants of war.
Mastering new competencies
In addition to traditional agricultural activities, the company is forced to ensure the safety of its own assets on its own. As part of efforts to restore access to sowing areas in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, farmers have mastered mine clearance techniques. The company’s next objective is to clear water areas critical for the operation of export routes.
Investment activity during the war
Despite difficult security conditions, the corporation remains one of Ukraine’s leading exporters. During the 2024/2025 marketing year, the company supplied over 2.3 million tons of grain and oilseeds to 18 countries worldwide.
Financial contribution to infrastructure
According to internal estimates, the holding has invested over $2.3 billion in the development of the agricultural sector and logistics infrastructure since its inception in 1991. More than $70 million of this amount has been invested since the start of the full-scale conflict.
