Axion Systems is expanding its capabilities in manufacturing metal parts based on drawings, 3D models, and sample parts. The company provides turning services for shafts, bushings, axles, flanges, threaded components, and other turned parts, taking into account specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface requirements.
For each order, the most suitable production solution is selected based on the material, part geometry, required accuracy, and batch size. When necessary, turning can be combined with milling, grinding, gear cutting, heat treatment, and finishing operations.
