Kyivstar to begin shutting down 3G in three oblasts on August 18, 2026
Mobile operator Kyivstar will begin shutting down its 3G network in parts of Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts on August 18, 2026. The freed-up frequencies will be reallocated to expand 4G coverage.
