On the night of February 12, Russians fired more than 20 missiles into Ukraine, most of which were ballistic, as well as more than 200 UAVs.
This was reported by the Air Force, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
Thus, the occupants attacked 24 Iskander-M/S-300 ballistic missiles from the Bryansk, Voronezh, Rostov regions – the Russian Federation, the TOT of the Crimea, guided by an aircraft missile Kh-59/69 from the airspace of the TOT of Donetsk region.
As well as 219 shock UAVs such as Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and drones of other types from the following directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovo – RF, Gvardeyskoye – TOT AR Crimea.
About 150 of them are “shaheds.”
The main directions of the strike were – Kyiv, Kharkov, Dnieper, Odessa.
How did the air defense work?
As of 09:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 213 air targets:
15 Iskander-M/S-300 ballistic missiles;
1 guided aircraft missile Kh-59/69;
197 enemy UAVs such as Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones.
9 missiles and 19 attack UAVs were hit at 13 locations, as well as shot down (debris) at 14 locations.
Currently, the enemy attack continues, in the airspace of several enemy UAVs.
