According to the Employment Service, the top ten professions with the most vacancies are:
Driver – over 3,000 vacancies
Grocery Clerk – nearly 3,000 vacancies
General Worker – over 2,400 vacancies
Sales Assistant – about 2,200 vacancies
Office Cleaner – over 2,100 vacancies
Cook – nearly 2,000 vacancies
Accountant – about 1,800 vacancies
Seamstress – about 1,500 vacancies
Nurse – nearly 1,300 vacancies
Civil Service or Local Government Specialist – about 1,200 vacancies
What vacancies are candidates searching for
The most popular vacancies among job seekers were grocery sales assistants and general laborers, with over 8,200 searches for each. The third most popular job was office cleaner, with nearly 4,800 searches.
At the same time, since the beginning of the year, employers have posted over 2,700 vacancies, which remain less common, as they are represented by only one or a few job postings.
It was previously reported that the draft of the new Labor Code of Ukraine, for the first time, provides for detailed mechanisms at the legislative level to protect employees from psychological pressure and harassment in the workplace.
In addition to explicitly banning bullying, the document also grants employees the right to switch to remote work to avoid conflict situations.
