At the end of the winter, decisions are being prepared on the restructuring and updating of the energy supply of communities, and the corresponding plan will be considered and approved at the national level.
This was stated by Vladimir Zelensky following a conference call, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
According to him, during the meeting, restoration work and provision of people in parts of the regions where conditions are particularly difficult were discussed in detail.
“Conducted a daily selector on the situation in the regions with electricity and heat supply. We discussed in detail the restoration work and the provision of people in part of our regions. In particular, in Odessa and part of the communities of the region, in the Dnieper region, in the Nikolaev region, where the conditions are especially difficult. There were also reports on the situation in Kharkov and the region, in the Poltava region, Sumy region, Chernihiv region. Separately analyzed what was done in Zaporozhye and what experience of the region can be scaled in other areas. Ivan Fedorov reported on the work on the protection and restoration of critical infrastructure. We will also communicate with the leaders of our other regions and effective hromadas.”
The President also stressed that based on the experience of this winter, systemic solutions are being prepared.
“Based on the experience of this winter, we are preparing decisions on the restructuring and renewal of the energy supply of hromadas, and the corresponding plan for the next heating season will be considered and approved at the national level. Every Ukrainian city, every community that did not allow such internal disasters this winter, which were, in particular, in Kyiv, have experience that can and should be taken into account on a scale of the whole of Ukraine. We agreed with Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko that an appropriate coordination center will be created at the government level, which will work to systematize the real experience of hromadas.”
As the head of state specified, the relevant coordination center will work at the government level to summarize and implement the practical experience of hromadas in the field of energy supply.
