The Iranian side speaks about the possible death of 21 Ukrainians
Iran announced the destruction of the warehouse of Ukrainian anti-drone systems in Dubai. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine denies these claims. This was reported by Fakty, the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Georgy Tykhy. The PromPolitInform portal reports.
Iran’s statement about the strike on the warehouse
For example, the Iranian state agency Fars wrote that as a result of the missile strike by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on Dubai, a warehouse with interceptor drones was destroyed.
The spokesman for the Central Headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that Iran attacked the location of the deployment of American commanders and soldiers in Dubai. This allegedly led to significant losses.
The spokesman also reported about the attack on the warehouse of Ukrainian interceptor drones, where 21 Ukrainians lived. It is noted that the warehouse was destroyed during a joint operation of the Aerospace and Naval Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
“The fate of the Ukrainian military who were in the mentioned place and probably died is unknown,” the Iranian military said in a statement.
In response to this statement, the spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Heorhiy Tykhyi, said:
“This is a lie, we officially refute this information. The Iranian regime often conducts such disinformation operations — and this is no different from the Russians.”
