Ukraine has imposed sanctions against Russian entities that provide the enemy’s military-industrial complex and facilitate the circumvention of sanctions

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees that put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the application of sanctions against Russian entities that provide the enemy’s military-industrial complex, facilitate the circumvention of sanctions, carry out illegal business activities in the temporarily occupied territories and participated in the construction of the Kerch Bridge. This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press center of the Office of the President. The PromPolitInform portal informs.

As noted, the sanctions package on the military-industrial complex includes 26 individuals and 31 legal entities. Among them are companies that produce underwater, surface and airborne unmanned robotic complexes and software for them.

This list also includes companies that produce and service various weapons: electronic warfare equipment, air defense weapons systems, armored vehicles, submarines, ships, auxiliary fleet vessels, port equipment and parts for them.

Under sanctions – aircraft manufacturing enterprises

In addition, sanctions were applied against aircraft manufacturing enterprises – manufacturers and repairers of parts for helicopters of the Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-172, Mi-14 families.

“Another sanction decision concerns 7 individuals and 11 legal entities. These are companies and their managers that contribute to the circumvention of sanctions. Among them are manufacturers of parts for the Kh-101, Kh-59M2/M2A and Iskander-K missiles. This list also includes companies that are illegally engaged in business in the temporarily occupied territories and are involved in the construction of the Crimean bridge,” the message says.

Ukraine will provide partners with all the necessary information to synchronize sanctions in international jurisdictions.

“These sanctions strike at the core of the Russian military-industrial complex, from manufacturers of weapons and critical components to networks that ensure the circumvention of sanctions. We are consistently closing links, including activities in the temporarily occupied territories. The pressure will only increase – both from our side and together with partners,” said Vladyslav Vlasyuk, Presidential Advisor and Plenipotentiary for Sanctions Policy.
