If an error is detected, it is necessary to submit an application for correction to the service provider. It is worth adding a photo of the meter, previous receipts and, if necessary, a certificate of control readings to the application.
Utilities emphasize that adjustments are possible even for previous periods if the consumer can confirm the real data. In case of repeated failures, they recommend checking or replacing the meter.
