The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine, has identified and collected evidence against Russian commanders involved in organizing a missile strike on Sumy on April 13, 2025, on Palm Sunday, using two Iskander-M ballistic missiles.
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to the Prompolitinform portal.
As a result of the enemy strike, 35 people were killed, including two children. 125 people, including 22 minors, were injured with varying degrees of severity.
Nearly 100 civilian infrastructure facilities were destroyed or damaged, including apartment buildings, educational institutions, shops, public transport, and local architectural landmarks.
According to the investigation, the initiators of the shelling of the Ukrainian city were:

By Kim’s order, the preparation of the missile strike was carried out by officials of the Fire Planning and Coordination Center of the Joint Group of Forces in Ukraine of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation:

Direct orders to launch the ballistic missiles from Kursk and Voronezh regions were given by:

Based on the collected evidence, investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have notified all eight war criminals in absentia of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes resulting in death, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy). https://t.me/SBUkr/17293
