Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov suffered as a result of today’s Russian attack.
He wrote about this on his page on the social network, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
“Tonight the Russians tried to kill me. Released 4 reactive “Shahed.” One guided jet Shahed crashed into the wall of my house, “he said in a statement.
Beskrestnov said that “I no longer have a house.”
“I was hurt, but the main thing is that I am miraculously alive,” he added and stressed that this attack would not stop him.

Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov is a Ukrainian specialist in the field of military radio technologies and electronic warfare, who, after the start of a full-scale war, actively helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is now an adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
According to open sources, he has a technical education in the field of communications and worked in the telecom industry, and after 2022 he joined the defense of the Kyiv region and began to advise the military on communications, electronic warfare and countering Russian drones.
Subsequently, Flash became a public expert and regularly analyzes the tactics of the Russian Federation, in particular the use of drones and communications at the front.
According to media reports, the Russian special services tried to establish contact with him and actually recruit. We are talking about attempts to reach him through friends and use his expertise in the field of military technology.
Beskrestnov himself repeatedly emphasized that with the outbreak of war he was engaged in organizing communications for Ukrainian units and helped to receive information about the movements of Russian troops, in particular through radio networks.
Its activities focus on analyzing Russian technology, developing solutions to counter drones, and improving communications at the front, making it a valuable target for the enemy. Now “Flash” is not only one of the public experts in the topic of military technology, but also an adviser to the Minister of Defense.
