New regulations regulating mobilization and the procedure for employee reservations will come into force in Ukraine from the beginning of June. The government is finalizing a package of changes aimed at updating the accounting of military conscripts, strengthening control and clarifying the criteria by which enterprises can receive a deferral for their employees. This is reported by “Pershy Business“, the PromPolitInform portal reports.
One of the key innovations will be the expansion of electronic accounting tools. Data on military conscripts will be synchronized between state registers, which will allow the CCC to more quickly check information and identify inconsistencies. It is also expected that citizens will have to update their military registration documents more often.
The changes will also affect business. Companies applying for reservation of workers will submit more detailed justifications, and the list of critical industries may be revised. At the same time, the terms of the deferral may become shorter, which will require regular confirmation of status.
Recall that the update of the rules should make the mobilization system more structured and predictable, as well as reduce the number of abuses and gaps in the legislation.
