Ivan Havrylyuk became an advisor to the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine
Lieutenant General Ivan Havrylyuk was appointed an advisor on the defense-industrial complex to the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal on a voluntary basis. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Prompolitinform portal informs.
The Ministry of Energy recalled that the competence of the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal includes, in particular, issues of the defense-industrial complex and the formation of state military-industrial policy.
The appointment of Ivan Havrylyuk will strengthen coordination in the defense industry and interaction between state institutions on issues of developing Ukraine’s defense-industrial potential.
It should be noted that until the end of May 2026, Ivan Havrylyuk held the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, where he was responsible for a number of areas related to ensuring the defense needs of the state.
