The Ministry of Defense has set the deadlines for the resumption of military personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the status of non-commissioned officers

The Ministry of Defense has determined the terms, during which servicemen in the SZCH status will be able to resume in the Armed Forces. The consideration of the report lasts up to seven days, and after approval for arrival to the unit, another five days are given. This the command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports on Facebook. The PromPolitInform portal informs.

“If a serviceman submits a report through the Army+ application, the term for its consideration is up to 7 days. After approval, 5 days are given for arrival to the unit. The status “On the way” appears on the “Army ID” screen, which certifies participation in the post-SWCH return program. It must be shown if you are stopped by representatives of the CCC, VSP or the National Police,” the message says.

As noted, if a serviceman applies directly to a military unit, he must submit a report on the spot and is immediately enrolled in the lists of temporarily arrived personnel (with food support restored).

“The unit checks the information specified in the report for up to 7 days. After approval, the process of enrollment in the lists of personnel of the unit with the restoration of monetary and other types of support begins,” the command writes.

At the same time, another return option involves applying through the Land Forces Recruiting Center. After submitting the report to the selected unit, its consideration also lasts up to seven days.

“In case of approval, the recruiting center issues a paper prescription that certifies participation in the post-SWCH return program. This document is valid for 5 days,” the Land Forces said.

It is specified that the relevant document must be carried with you when traveling to the place of service.

Also, according to the command, upon arrival at the unit, registration depends on the status.

“If you have not yet been excluded from the lists of the previous unit, you will be included in the lists of temporarily arrived personnel with the renewal of only food support. After issuing an order to be included in the lists of the unit’s personnel, monetary and other types of support will be restored. If you have already been excluded from the lists of the previous unit, you will be included in the lists of personnel with the renewal of monetary and other types of support on the same day,” the message added.

We remind you that the opportunity to return to the army through “Army+” can be used by servicemen in whom the fact of SZCH was recorded before June 12, 2026. It will be possible to submit a report until September 20, 2026. As is known, the military has already submitted more than 500 reports on returning from the SZCH under the new mechanism.
