Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has officially instructed the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Ukrainian Armed Forces to act preemptively and launch strikes against Russian targets that the Kremlin is using to wage and expand its war against Ukraine. This was reported by the portal PromPolitInform, which he wrote on social media.
Zelenskyy emphasized that historically, Russia is built on the principles of conquest, while Ukraine is waging a purely just liberation struggle.
“This is not the first time Russia has occupied foreign lands: the Russian state consists of many enslaved peoples, of stolen lands. We are fighting for our land. We are fighting for our people. We are fighting for justice for Ukraine. “I have ordered our intelligence and military to act preemptively against those targets that the Russians are using to expand the scale of the war,” the president said.
