President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held meetings with the commander of the 3rd Army Corps of the Operational Command “East” of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Biletsky and Serhiy Beskrestnov (Flash). The head of state said this on Facebook, the PromPolitInform portal reports.
“Report of the commander of the 3rd Army Corps of the Operational Command “East” of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Biletsky. (…) We discussed the situation at the front in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, possible steps by the Russians and our tasks in defense. The key thing is that Ukrainian front-line positions should be as strong as necessary to protect the independence and national interests of our state in the world and in diplomatic work. The front is the foundation. Special attention is paid to the provision of our units. Andriy, thank you!” – Zelenskyy noted.
The President also informed that during the meeting with Serhiy Beskrestnov (Flash), he discussed the current technological aspects of Ukraine’s defense.
“Meeting with Serhiy Beskrestnov – Flash. We discussed in great detail everything that is currently most relevant in the technological components of our defense. It is technologicality that saves the lives of our soldiers and returns this war home – to Russia,” he noted.
The Head of State emphasized that it is important to respond in a timely manner to military innovations that are taking place with the forces and means of the aggressor’s army, based on the principle: we know the details, therefore, we counteract them accurately.
“We agreed with Sergey to cooperate as much as possible. There will be solutions. Thank you!” he added.
