Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian army into Ukraine, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have destroyed 1,442,140 occupiers as of the morning of July 28, 2026 — the 1,616th day of the war, including 1,560 over the past day.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as informed by the Prompolithinform portal.
It should be noted that the absolute daily record of personnel losses of the russian occupation forces stands at 1,950 occupiers per day and was recorded by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine twice: on November 12, 2024, and January 22, 2025.
In addition, official reports from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine specifically highlighted the date of November 28, 2024, when Russia lost 2,030 soldiers killed and wounded in a single day.
Following these absolute peaks, the Defense Forces of Ukraine recorded colossal numbers of eliminated invaders on other days of large-scale battles as well.
On March 17, 2026 — 1,710 occupiers. The enemy attempted to take advantage of deteriorating weather and launched massive assaults on several fronts simultaneously (particularly on the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk directions). The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine officially called this figure the largest daily result of enemy manpower elimination in the first half of 2026.
On July 13, 2026 — 1,600 occupiers. The powerful repulsion of russian attacks along the entire front line led to massive losses in the invaders’ units. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added this day to the list of the deadliest for the enemy during the summer campaign.
