In July, the Defence Forces eliminated 42,860 occupiers and set a record for the destruction of enemy vehicles. Ukrainian defenders also hit 68 anti-aircraft missile systems of the enemy. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform citing Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, based on data from Heneralnyi Shtab ZSU.
In July of this year, the Russian army’s losses in manpower reached 42,860 personnel, which is the highest figure since the beginning of 2025. The total number of Russian personnel put out of action since the start of the full-scale invasion currently stands at 1,461,660.
In addition to manpower, significant losses were inflicted on the enemy’s logistics and anti-aircraft defence systems. Last month, Ukrainian units hit 68 units of air defence equipment, while the number of destroyed Russian motor vehicles reached 13,998, the highest figure recorded throughout the war.
Systematic work to destroy enemy weapons
During July, 162 enemy tanks and 204 armoured combat vehicles were disabled. Additionally, 2,016 artillery systems of the occupation forces were hit.
According to the General Staff of ZSU, last month was one of the most productive for Ukrainian forces in terms of exhausting the aggressor’s army resources. Specifically, in July, the enemy lost the highest number of vehicles since the start of hostilities.
