Fake pages of the 95th Separate Air Assault Polisska Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a phishing link, likely aimed at data theft, have appeared online.

According to a statement on Facebook, scammers have created fake profiles on Facebook and Instagram, as well as a full clone of the brigade’s official Telegram channel.

The Telegram channel clone is almost identical to the original but features a different link and a different number of subscribers. The enemy copied the unit’s last 10 posts and included a phishing link in the latest one for data theft.

Scammers’ actions aim to cause instability and panic

The brigade stated that creating fake pages and spreading false information about servicemen is an attempt to destabilize morale and incite panic.

“We work, fight, and hold the line,” the unit stated, emphasizing the continuation of combat missions.

Citizens are urged to verify the authenticity of their subscriptions and avoid clicking on suspicious links by checking resource addresses.
