The starting price for the commercial premises in Zhytomyr region is 413,500 hryvnias
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced a privatization auction for a non-residential property covering 266.4 m² in the center of the town of Pulyny, Zhytomyr region. The auction is scheduled for September 28, 2026, with a starting price of 413,453 hryvnias. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The property is located at 116 Shevchenka Street. It is a two-story building, with the sale covering premises on both the first and second floors.
Technical specifications and infrastructure
The object has access to power grids, a central heating system, as well as water supply and sewage. Its location in the center of the town allows for the space to be used for a retail outlet, office premises, or service centers.
Terms and conditions of the auction
Interested investors can submit their bids until 20:00 on September 27. All details regarding the technical condition of the building and access to the virtual data room are published on the official SPFU website.
