On September 22, 2026, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine raised UAH 7.36 billion for the state budget at an auction for the placement of domestic government bonds. As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Finance’s press service announced this on Facebook; the PromPolitInform portal also provided the information.

“UAH 7.36 billion was raised for the state budget during today’s auction for the placement of domestic government bonds (OVDP),” the statement reads.

It is noted that hryvnia-denominated bonds with a one-year maturity and an annual rate of 15.16% generated proceeds of UAH 2.006 billion.

Hryvnia-denominated bonds with a 2.5-year maturity and an annual yield of 16.08% raised UAH 289 million for the budget.

Hryvnia-denominated bonds with a three-year maturity and an annual yield of 12.18% raised UAH 5.062 billion for the budget.

According to the Ministry, since the beginning of 2026, the state has already raised over UAH 345.49 billion, and since the start of the full-scale war—nearly UAH 2.36 trillion. All proceeds from the issuance of war bonds are directed toward supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and strengthening the state’s financial stability.
