The program helps acquire skills for creating digital solutions to support defence needs
The Army+ mobile application has launched a new training course titled 'Business Analysis in Digital Projects of the Defence Forces.' The program consists of 11 lessons and is designed for service members involved in the development of digital products. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
The curriculum focuses on developing skills in identifying key challenges and understanding user needs within the framework of digital transformation. Military personnel will learn about the responsibilities of a business analyst in technical teams and how their work contributes to achieving operational results.
The course covers 11 thematic modules, including methods for identifying root causes of problems, ways to establish communication with other process participants, and the use of data for effective decision-making. Special attention is given to analyzing common mistakes when managing information requirements.
Educational opportunities in Army+
The materials are now available to users in the ‘Learning’ section. The project was implemented through the partnership of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, CDTO Campus, the Eastern Europe Foundation, and the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) with support from the German Ministry of Defence.
In total, the application currently offers 33 training courses. In addition to business analysis, they cover areas such as tactical medicine, operation of unmanned systems, defence procurement, psychological preparation, and military leadership.
The Centre for Scaling Technological Solutions of the ZSU is responsible for the technical support and maintenance of the ‘Learning’ functionality. Developers from CDTO Campus are already planning to add new courses focused on project management and digital product support.
