Scheduled inspections are announced 10 days in advance while unscheduled ones are not
For violations of military registration rules at enterprises during a special period, corporate officials face fines ranging from 34,000 to 59,500 UAH under Article 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offences. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
The size and personal assignment of liability for non-compliance depend on the nature of the violation. If an enterprise completely fails to maintain military records, administrative penalties are imposed directly on its director.
If records are maintained improperly, the designated responsible employee bears responsibility, such as the HR officer or designated staff inspector.
Issuing rulings following inspection results
The total number of fines depends on the number of administrative violation rulings issued. If inspectors detect several violations during a single audit, a single administrative case is reviewed, resulting in one combined fine for the identified issues.
Oversight of military record management is carried out via scheduled and unscheduled audits. Inspection commissions include representatives from Territorial Recruitment Centers, state administrations, the State Tax Service, and the State Labor Service of Ukraine.
Notice requirements for corporate audits
Conducting a scheduled inspection requires mandatory formal notification to corporate management no later than 10 days before its commencement.
Meanwhile, unscheduled audit measures may be executed by competent regulatory bodies without advance warning to the business entity.
