Entrepreneurs now have a single point of contact for gasification and grid reconstruction issues
TOV Gazorozpodilni merezhi Ukrainy has launched a pilot project for personal business client support in the Kyiv region. The initiative involves assigning a dedicated manager to each company to coordinate all work stages, from consultation to equipment connection. This was reported by Delo.ua, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The new service is designed to simplify the interaction process between businesses and the gas supplier. With an appointed specialist in charge, legal entities will be able to resolve all organizational issues through a single contact person without having to study the company’s internal structure or contact different departments independently.
Personal support functions
Within the project, managers will coordinate a number of key processes for enterprises. The range of services includes design and construction of gas networks, connection procedures for facilities, as well as reconstruction or capacity expansion works.
In addition, specialists will assist with the connection of gas equipment, including cogeneration units, gas generators, boiler houses, as well as commercial and industrial premises. According to the head of TOV Gazorozpodilni merezhi Ukrainy, Liudmyla Kinder, this approach significantly optimizes communication.
Further plans and scaling
To receive advice on personal management, legal entities can contact the nearest unit of the Kyiv branch of Gazmerezhi. Relevant contacts for representatives should be published on the branch’s official resources.
After testing the pilot initiative in the Kyiv region, the company plans to roll out personal support services to all its units across other regions. This is expected to ensure unified standards for business service delivery nationwide.
The relevance of such solutions is confirmed by the growing demand for the company’s services. In 2026, TOV Gazorozpodilni merezhi Ukrainy processed over 2,300 business requests regarding reconstruction, construction, or grid connection, which equals the total number of inquiries received over the previous two years.
