International consulting firm to run recruitment process with EBRD support
The Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine has decided to engage international consulting firm Korn Ferry to organize an open competition for the position of CEO. The recruitment process is supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from Naftogaz.
The involvement of an international firm for the competition aims to ensure process transparency and adherence to corporate governance best practices. The selection process will be open and competitive with external experts involved.
Completion of the selection process
The selection process for the company’s new head is planned to conclude after the end of the 2026/2027 heating season.
